That, my friend is a no-no. It is not mario, who doesn't talk, it is heroes. It is not done for video game heroes in nintendo to speak for themselves, because in nintendo games, you ARE mario. You make your comments in real life, and those would be mario's comments if you were really in the game. However, if Mario is not the main character, you are not being mario, therefor, he may talk. How do you think luigi talks in TTYD, but not in Luigi's mansion? Hmm? And in galaxy, only Time paradox luigi uses dialogue, when non-time paradox luigi doesn't. |
Luigi (and Peach and Bowser) speaks in Super Paper Mario, where Mario doesn't, SSSS-BOOM...but I guess you could argue that Mario is the true main character. |
