They're both the same size, Bowser is male, while Kamella is female, and Bowser does have kids.
So I wonder, could Kamella be Bowsers wife?

I don't think so, she merely is a large magikoopa in Bowsers forces. We never saw Bowser communicate with his troops since he is busy sitting in his large tower and waiting for Mario to come and beat him up.
So I say no. The chances of it being so is close to zero, especially since there are no proof. Merely guessing or perhaps wishful thinking on your part?

Bowser has kids because the stork. As a hardcore Mario nut,  , I notice that people think that he has to be married to have kids. The stork brings babies in the Mario world, there is no "reproduction". |

Who knows, they could have their baby at the hospital, and the stork later delivers the baby to the home.
I'd rather put a bullet in my head than believe that there's a stork that actually takes the place of secks in the Marioverse. |
