Another Mario Kart DS tournament. A round will consist of a single match, with four races. If contenders tie 2-2, then there will be one tiebreaker race. The winner will advance to the next round. Snaking is partially illegal in this tournament, and anyone caught doing so without the other contender's consent or acceptance of snaking in the match will be automatically disqualified.
More on snaking, it doesn't matter if you think it's legal or not; be it intentional or not, I find snaking extremely cheap, and anyone caught doing illegal snaking, I will automatically eliminate them. Let me know if that happens. |

I would join if it didn't say we couldn't snake. What do you mean by 'illegal snaking'? There's nothing wrong with snaking, it's just the ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET AHEAD in some situations. THIS is why I am not joining. |

The agreement in matches is, if both sides agree to snaking, then snaking is allowed in that match. At that part, you're at the freedom to choose when/if to snake. |
