I'd say that the possibility of hospitals being nonexistant is about equal to the possibility that gorillas (or whatever DK is >_>) give birth in hospitals.

Well, Mario is a doctor... And there are some Doctor characters throughout the Mario series.
Seriously, thought, the world may never know. Some theme are never aborded in the Mario series for the sake of the E-Rating. |

Yes, in Mario and Luigi, Superstar Saga, Mario gets deadly sick, and is taken to the hospital in Little Fungi Town.

Problem 2: Size difference. Bowser could accidentally squish her.
Problem 3: He's her king. If they were married, he wouldn't be treating her like a minion - well, like a low-level minion, at any rate... |

Kamella aka. Kammy is not normally that big... in her first appearance, in super paper mario, she was the size of a normal maagikoopa... reason for bigger size?if you remember correctly, at the ende of super paper mario, she uses a size enhancing spell on bowser to give him the advantage...so she basically just used it on herself... and she is much older than bowser too. plus, it is shown in her first game appearance that she has a crush on one of the koopa bros. |
