...might have ADD.
It would explain a lot...
1. Often does not give close attention to details or makes careless mistakes in schoolwork, work, or other activities. 2. Often has trouble keeping attention on tasks or play activities. 3. Often does not seem to listen when spoken to directly. 4. Often does not follow instructions and fails to finish schoolwork, chores, or duties in the workplace (not due to oppositional behavior or failure to understand instructions). 5. Often has trouble organizing activities. 6. Often avoids, dislikes, or doesn't want to do things that take a lot of mental effort for a long period of time (such as schoolwork or homework). 7. Often loses things needed for tasks and activities (e.g. toys, school assignments, pencils, books, or tools). 8. Is often easily distracted. 9. Is often forgetful in daily activities.
These all describe me.
Also, I can't remember names (but this might just be forgetfulness)- ... wait... forgetfulness is a symptom in children.
...

Its more than just schoolwork.
Its also with stuff like games, stories I try to write, artwork, and so on.
It takes a lot of effort to stay on something. |

ADD isn't so bad. As long as you're on a med- HEY A SQUIRREL! *shot* Anyway, in all seriousness, you just need a medication. I have ADD, I don't feel any different from anyone else. |

Shouldn't it normally? You know how hard M'aiq tried to keep working on his old projects before they finally died? Needing effort for a task isn't a sign of ADD, it's a sign of being human.
Sorry for the minirant. |

Often has trouble keeping attention on tasks or play activities. Nope. I just procrastinate. -shot- 3. Often does not seem to listen when spoken to directly. Depends on who I'm talking to. ;D 4. Often does not follow instructions and fails to finish schoolwork, chores, or duties in the workplace (not due to oppositional behavior or failure to understand instructions). Nuu. I just do them at the last second. Yet I get good grades on them. -shrug- 5. Often has trouble organizing activities. ...Depends on the activity, and if I'm interested in it or not. 6. Often avoids, dislikes, or doesn't want to do things that take a lot of mental effort for a long period of time (such as schoolwork or homework). Who DOESN'T avoid homework? -shot- I usually do things right before it's due. Yet I've remained on the Honor Roll... 7.
