Currently, I'm 6 feet and 3 inches tall, and I weigh 82 pounds. Is that over weight? I stopped eating so I can loose weight, but I only lost 1 pound. |

I'm pretty sure that's not overweight. If anything, it's underweight. |

Back in the sixth grade, there was a kid in my class that was 90-something pounds, and he was f'ing skinny. So... that's not a lot. |

That's not fat at all. I think most people would consider that underweight.

82 isn't as much as it sounds. Hardly anybody I know ways less than 100 pounds. It's perfectly fine to be a small amount overweight, and it's okay to be a small amount underweight. But don't be so worried about becoming overweight that you become super-skinny. And don't refuse to eat to lose weight. It doesn't work that well. If you're worried about being too overweight (which you shouldn't be, you're probably underweight), then exercise. Fat = energy, but having too much unused energy makes you fat, and not having enough energy period is also bad. Try and find a balance, because you're probably underweight. |
