I have no idea of what to do. I'm on the last part of the chapter, and I've gotten both keys, I just don't know how to get into the room. I keep getting blasted by kitty lasers! |

Um...that isn't the Bitlands. It's Fort Francis.
And enter the room as Peach. You'll get blasted by the lasers, otherwise. |

And then you have to answer ALL the questions true. And then it's this wierd cutscene, and then you fight Francis. During the fight, I suggest you switch to Bowser. Little known fact: If you use Thudley and Bowser when Francis is invisible, you can see him. I found this out myself. |
