1. Do not join this tour before Francis´ tournament is filled or if you loose. The prize isn´t gonna be that big as Francis´.
2. You must achieve your opponents friend code by yourselves, that includes to start the match by your own.
3. This tournament will be finished around october so the Europeans can get some time to train in brawl, so do not hesitate your opponent to start a match with you.
4. Action replay/gameshark codes are not allowed. Every smash technique is allowed in brawl.
5. Enjoy the tournament, it will be 64 players in this tournament so it will take some time to start this.
