DIGIMON ARENA!
Welcome to Digimon Arena. I'm going to start selling Digimon in my shop that you will be able to battle, and maybe even trade if Francis includes the delete function in the shops. Here are how basic battle work.
BASIC RULES:
You can buy more than one Digimon, but you have to choose one to battle and it will be listed here. If you want to change please post here or PM me.
When battling there are 4 things you can do. Charge, Attack, Defend, or Digivolve. There are also 3 phases that I will now explain in order.
Stance: Your Digimon prepares to move, throw one five-sided die and add that to you Energy points. Energy is used to pull off special moves and Digivolve.
Action: You can Charge, Attack, or Defend during this phase. These will be explained later.
Rest: Your Digimon stops attacking and takes a defensive stance as it wait for your opponent to attack. If your Digimon does not have a rest phase due to an ability, then it will not be able to defend.
Now that you know the phases here are the actions. Be aware, you can only use one action per turn.
Charge: Throw another five-sided die and add it to your Energy points.
Attack: You can attack or use a special ability. Attack stats and Abilities are unique to each Digimon. When you attack, not when you use a special ability, both you and your opponent throw a ten-sided die. If you roll higher your attack goes through, if you roll lower your opponent halves your Digimons attack. Abilities will always hit unless your opponent defends on their previous turn.
Defend: Your Digimon braces for an attack. When you defend, if your opponent attacks you can add one 5-sided dice roll to your roriginal oll and if your opponent uses a special ability that causes damage you can throw a 10-sided die to defend.
Digivolve: Once you get 30 Energy you can Digivolve. Digivolving gives you a whole new Digimon with better stats and superior moves. These will also be listed later. Champion is currently the highest level you can Digivolve too, you must have a Digivice to do this.
De-Digivolve: If your Digimon is still in it's original Rookie state and is beaten by a Champion it will be knocked into In-Training form and not able to battle for the rest of the day. If your Rookie is beaten by a Ultimate or higher, this will be added later, you will be knocked into Fresh and not able to battle for two days. If it is in Champion when this happens you will suffer no penalty.
For those who don't know Digimon go in this growth pattern:
Fresh, In-Training, Rookie, Champion, Ultimate, Mega
There are also off-shoots of Digivolving, but I don't know if we will use these.
Game Flow:
Pre-Game: Both roll a 6-sided die, add this to your speed. Highest speed wins.
Your Turn Stance Action Rest
Opponents Turn Stance Action Rest
Repeat until one person reaches 0 HP.
Digimon:
These are the Digimon you can choose from. New ones will be released every so often, older ones will be deleted. This information will be posted here.
DIGIMON 1:
Rookie Form: Agumon Health: 100 Attack: 8 Speed: 3 Ability 1: Pepper Breath, 10 Energy, does 15 damage. Ability 2: Sharp Claw, 15 Energy, 10 damage. Roll a three sided dice. If you roll a 1, opponent gets bleeding effect and takes double damage next turn.
Champion Form: Greymon Attack: 12 Speed: 3 Ability 1: Nova Blast, 10 Energy, does 20 Damage Ability 2: Nova Flame, 15 Energy. Roll a 2-sided dice. If you roll a 1 do 5 damage. Keep rolling until you roll a 2.
DIGIMON 2
Rookie Form: Patamon Health: 100 Attack: 4 Speed: 10 Ability 1: Boom Bubble, 10 Energy. Does 15 Damage. Roll a 2-sided die, if you roll a 2 enemy is knocked out and does not have an action phase next turn. Ability 2: Wing Slap, 5 energy. Does 8 damage.
Champion Form: Angemon Attack: 10 Speed: 10 Ability 1: Hand of Fate, 20 energy. Roll a ten sided dice, if the number is the first digit of your current HP do 50 damage. If this hits Angemon is de-digivolved to In-training form after the battle. Ability 2: Angel Rod, 10 Energy. Does 20 damage. Roll a 3 sided die, if you roll a 2 heal yourself for 5 hp.
DIGIMON 3
Rookie Form: Gabumon Health: 100 Attack: 6 Speed: 6 Ability 1: Blue Blaster, 10 energy. Does 10 damage. Roll a 2 sided die. If you roll a 1 the enemy has frozen condition and does not have a stance phase next turn. Ability 2: Horn Attack, 10 Energy, does 15 Damage.
Champion Form: Garurumon Attack: 12 Speed: 6 Ability 1: Howling Blaster, 10 energy. Does 15 damage. Roll a 2 sided die. If you roll a 1 then your opponent does not have a rest phase next turn. Ability 2: Chaos Blaster, 10 energy. Roll two 10 sided die. Whatever the values added together are is the damage it does.
DIGIMON 4
Rookie Form: Wormmon Health: 100 Attack: 5 Speed: 5 Ability 1: Silk Thread, 10 Energy. Does 10 Damage. Roll a 10-sided die. Steal the result in energy from your opponent. Ability 2: Sticky Net, 10 Energy. Put a net over the enemy. The Opponent must roll a 2 sided die before their Stance phase. If they roll a 1 they break out, if not they have no action phase.
Champion Form: Stingmon Attack: 10 Speed: 5 Ability 1: Spiking Strike, 10 energy. Does 15 damage. Roll a 2 sided die. If your roll a 2 gain 5 energy. Ability 2: Insect Lord, 15 Energy. Roll a 5-sided die. For the number rolled release that many insects. Each do 5 damage ans steal 2 energy.
*NOTE: These are not final builds, and may be changed in the future for balancing.

I'm going to start adding Digimon today and the game will hopefully be open for people to play freely tomorrow, aka not for money.
The four confirmed Digimon to be released tomorrow are:
Agumon, Patamon, Wormmon, and Gabumon.

Digimon stats added, and will be added to the store soon. They will have a price of 5 coins each so I can restock them as much as needed. These builds are not final and may be tweaked for balancing reasons. Also, you will see I tried to stay true to the anime with the characters, so please post any inaccuracies you see.
You may now have free battles, most likely in the dump, if you so choose and will not need a judge. We will start tournaments for coins though soon.
Also if you would like to be a judge please PM me and I will send you the judge test. |

Just so you know, Fox Fire and Howling Blaster are the same attack. You might want to put something over Fox Fire, like a Biting attack.
And you only listed Agumon's HP, not everyone elses. |

You could use Gururumon's Chaos Blaster attack if you wanted. |

Also I made a few minor changes to the rules. I noticed a few balancing issues when making the Digimon, specifically with Patamon. |
