Even if its a sprite comic, it has to follow a certain set of guidelines to be of decent quality. Otherwise...

Bad Comic Example #1 Problems: What... the... hell?

Bad Comic Example #2 Problems: Confusing and stupid.

Bad Comic Example #3 Problems: Too many to even start.

Bad Comic Example #4 - Problem: 8-bit background with 16 bit characters, bad word-bubbles... well... its bad overall.

Bad Comic Example #5 - Problem: It huuuuuuuurts... >_<;

Here's a couple tutorials I found useful when I made sprite comics.

Crashman's Tutorial

Neko's Tutorial (Very useful)

Yellow, as Medikoopa said, just because it's a sprite comic doesn't mean it doesn't have to be good.

Medikoopa, your Bad Comic Example links don't seem to work. ):

Here's a nice tutorial for making custom sprites.

Yes I know, they are all from Spriters Resource. And I though I had something saying that there, but it seems I was wrong... my bad.

Of course you'd like them. You were involved in their creation.

I don't think they're all that good, myself.

I'm just trying to help by directing him to tutorials that will help him get better at sprite-comic making.

He said he'd check them out (at his house lol) but I think you're being rather rude about it...

...Yeaaah. You may want to practice.

First off, Different Sprite Style + Different Sprite Style = IT BUUUUUUUURNS D:

Second, there is absolutely NO HUMOR IN IT. Sorry. :/

Third, you need to credit the original creators of the sprites you used. Well, if they asked for credit, of course.

Fourth, recolors = phale IN MOST CASES. Be moar creative with your character plx.

Finally, don't mix sideview sprites w/ an overworld area please.

That is all.

Yes, Medikoopa, I know they are horrible made, with unoriginal sprites, contrasting sprites etc. These are pathetic attemps at making comics. I made these 2 years ago, when I had no experience in sprites or anything. I have no excuses. These are horribly made!!!! I thank you for the link to the tutorials though!

If you know these are bad, why don't you try to make better ones to show rather than using ancient work?

You forgot the fact that no matter how hard the author tries, a sprite comic will ALWAYS be horrible.
