You are correct, but it is possible for two people to have the same IP. Highly unlikely, but in Mario Kart, Boo can steal other's items. Perhaps he can steal IP addresses too?  |

So, you all thought I was just the average idiot who pretended to be Mimi. Well you were wrong. I'm really Anti-Mimi and my evil plan succeeded! Lord Bowser is the real Bowser and always was. The clone accounts who voted for Bowser were mine. Now that Bowser was declared the real Bowser, even though he is not, he is not powerful enough to take over the Mushroom Kingdom like Lord Bowser would have been. That gives me the perfect opportunity to do so myself!
I'll see you all in the role playing sction, where I will begin my takover of the Mushroom Kingdom.
