Well, for me, it had to be...
When I was first starting, in good egg galaxy, I zoomed in and looked around, and found a freaky black, red void... It scared me, And I thought It was used for something later in the game... then, as I progressed, they became annoying little things, popping up in EVERY galaxy...
What do you think is the creepiest part of Super Mario Galaxy? |

Umm, let's see...probably the eels. They bring back memories of SM64; yeesh. Other than that it's a generally un-scary game. |

The game is not very scary at all, but the part that was scariest was probably the eels and those monster things that come out of caves underwater.
That's all I can think of(Oh, and those skeletons at the Boo Boneyard Race) |
