Ok I have recently wanted to learn how to draw Pokemon styled characters and learn how to create custom sprites.

Does anyone know sites that have tutuorials for drawing Pokemon styled characters and/or how to create cystom sprites?

I think practice would help. And you could observe the Pokemon sprites and stuff like that....

If you want to copy any style, try first by imitating reference pictures. Then go and do your own original stuff. That's what my art teacher says.

Or look up other artists and adapt/improve upon ideas from their style.
My drawing style is a very heavy mix of influences.
