It's an application from the DS homebrew community. It is not an official or endorsed "product" so much to say, but rather a "hack" in some respects.
GP2X is the king of Homebrew, though. |

Okay... That's interesting. So it's basically a non-nintendo licenced software for the DS that has a lot of apps... |
