Bowser jr. really should have been in. Peach and Bowser get Married! And jr. thought Peach was his Mama, so IT FITS PERFECTLY. There could have been a random encounter, Maybe after you beat the game, Peach says that the married thing with them was fake, where Jr. could come in, and fight randomly.
I don't know.... Just it really could have had him with a plot like that. |

The Koopalings didn't look like a young version of their father. And they had personalities other than "omg i r evil son of evil person haha". Larry's the sneaky theif, Morton's the one that can't shut up, Wendy's the bitch, Iggy's the nerd, Roy's the stupid hothead, Lemmy's the friendly idiot, and Ludwig's the insane kid scientist. |

So your saying it's bad to take after your father? And Jr. is a smart little city boy, small schemer. Jr. does grafiti, and tries to have law put his opponent down. Bowser sits on his ass letting Kamek do all the work, or stealling something from his opponents to drag them in and do it himself. They're VERY different despite looks. And is it bad to take after your father in some ways?

Bowser Jr is filler to replace the fact that Bowser has eight kids. It knocks the new bosses up a knotch, gives some originality.
I'm saddened by that, and hate Jr for it.
The game didn't exactly "scream" Junior to me. Unless each of the Koopalings were at Bowser's wedding, and were used as threats by Mario and Peach if he didn't collect the Pure Hearts (that CB would kill them or somethin'), then Bowser's kids were unnecessary in the game.
Basically, this is the totem pole of Bowser's kids, from most interesting to least.
Lemmy
Ludwig
Larry
Iggy
Junior
Morton
Wendy
Roy
As you can see, Bowser Jr is in the lower-half. The top of the lower half, so I guess he's lower-middle.
Now that my ramble of the Koopalings is over, no, this game did not need Bowser Jr. Unless the next game features Bowser's role in TTYD (random idiot searches all over with accomplices), Jr still won't be necessary. Until Paper Mario: The Crystal Pizza Slices comes out, I don't think that Jr will get in. |
