I've been looking over the forums these past few days and the spamming, necroing, and etc. have started to ramp up significantly. It is too be expected though since the site has been expanding a lot lately. We are now at over 400 members, a milestone most fan sites will never reach. Of course with more member comes more spammers and flammers. I think by the time we reach 500 members, this problem will escalate to what is normally seen on larger forums like Nsider and others. That is why I think we need to reconsider getting one or two mods. Not right now, but definitely in the future. I know that we have an RP mod and group mods, but some have left and a lot of this rule breaking has been going on outside these areas. Anyway, I think it would be a wise move to consider this for the future. That is all. |

I see a lot of this too. The sudden spike is starting to annoy everyone (way beyond the regular point as the bowser debates) and I support there being mods. If need be, I will be mod. |

i have caught most of these spammers within 30 minutes of the incidents... so having more mods wouldn't have prevented this crap. But, that wont always be the case I know. |
