Before it was rereleased, when it still cost $70. 
You can probably get it cheaper off the net. Gamestop's being ridiculous these days.
I recommend Amazon. There's one seller in particular on ebay that always has GK listed, but will never ship it to you.  |

The creature you make is made of paint/clay/some kinda wet material.
Clay gets pale when it dries. |

It's not made out of any specific material....in Magic Pengel it was "Color Crystals" or some crap. |

Looks like Graffiti Kingdom is one of those titles that you can only find in the bargain bin at Toys R Us, along with Final Fantasy IV Advance, which is only $8. And as for Graffiti Kingdom, maybe you can only find it at eBay. |

I played that game B4 and beat it by 89%, AND I made a kickass dragon character. Mario in that vid HAD to be level 50, considering how easily he beat Carlton (The Toy Robot Boss). |
