I hate my dad. So much. I don't know what the *crag* his problem is. Actually, I do, he's bipolar. And if he were just bipolar, and trying to get help and take meds, I'd feel bad for him and I'd support him. After all, I'm struggling with severe depression too. But he refuses to believe that depression is real, and refuses to get treatment or anything. And that's just being an asshole.

For just one example of what an asshole he is... those freakin' little applesauce cups. He's like "oh, you need to recycle those!"
I explain to him that, based on the number on the bottom of the cup, that means that they're not recyclable.
He's all like "it's plastic, it has to be!"
I explain to him that there are different types of plastic, that some can be recycled and some can't, and that's what the little number is for.
A small little argument, but it's over. Right?

Nope. He decides to write a letter to the applesauce company telling them to use recyclable plastic. o___O; (First of all, you think they haven't thought of that already, and they would if they could? You think you're actually smarter than every single person in an applesauce company, and that they're going to drop everything and listen to you?)

So HE WAKES MY MOM UP REALLY EARLY IN THE MORNING TO TRY TO MAKE HER WRITE AND MAIL THE LETTER FOR HIM. (Because my dad can hardly read/write.) She says no, I have to go to work tomorrow, I need to sleep, etc. and he blows up. He has a total screaming anger fit. Over applesauce cups.

Then, later, he comes in and demands that we stop buying applesauce in cups, and only buy it in jars. o__O So I can't get the kind of applesauce I like anymore, because HE doesn't like what kind of CUP it's in.
And we have to listen to him, because lord knows he'll physically harm us if we don't buy the right kind.
