Magnum Bill is a translation error in the part of the cartoon. As a name for Banzai Bill hadn't been officially formulated in time for the cartoon's release, it was given said name. The same goes for "Koopa Wizard", "Koopa Football Player", "Fire Sumo", Hip, Hop, Bully, Kooky, Kootie Pie, Big Mouth, and Cheatsy.
But...yeah, the segment took place in a tower, which can be observed at one point... |
