I just got a call from my mom today saying that one of my great uncles in Arizona died after being months sick. I'm pretty sure he had Lung Cancer but I don't know.
He was a good man, even though he smoked a lot, hence the Lung Cancer comment. I liked him a lot even though he had trouble moving and had to be pushed in a wheel chair. I'll admit when I heard the news I was sad and shed a few tears(You would to if a relative died that you like). But all I know is that he's in a better place...I think...even though he's getting cremated. I also think he fought in some wars, all I remember is that one was in Pearl Harbor I think.
