I believe at the cost of one coin per a post you should be able to visit someone who is Jailed. as a form of Visitors booths, A way of the Jailed talking to the mass public, (those with minor offenses) As with the American justice system you will be allowed one free phone call in jail ( one free post in the booths for no cost)
I also believe there should be a Bail System. however Depending on the case Users may be held without Bail.

Arrgh... No. The entire purpose of jail is to completely cut off contact with everybody else. That really destroys the fact that it's a punishment, and it'll become a cesspool of people trying to get jailed, knowing that they can still talk to people, even if it is just one post or something. |

I agree with the bail part, but not the rest. Jail isn't to keep the person out, it's to punish them. |
