I was wondering, if they put Luigi in Brawl, how his moves would differ from Mario's so I made up a moveset for him.

Special Move: Charge Vacuum to perform Smashes. There are three battery slots, and the longer you charge, the more the three batteries will fill up. Each Smash attack takes one-half to one battery

Side Smash: Suck in opponents. This helps you draw in opponents to perform more powerful attacks on them. Also, if you're flying off a stage, you can use this to pull you back on.

Down Smash: Spin. The vacuum turns on and spins Luigi around to hurt opponents.

Up Smash: Gust Ball to hurt opponents in the air. Shoots a powerful wind blast in the air to do damage.

FINAL SMASH: Luigi jumps at the camera with all opponents in vacuum. A target icon appears which you can move around like a first person shooter. The stage becomes dark and boos appear. You can shoot your opponents at the boos to do damage.
