Edit; I know the background is weird, frozenwinters. D: I'm horrible at backgrounds like that so that's why it's weird. It was supposed to be some sort of power plant, but that failed. |

It's the head. Raichu's head is almost as wide as its body is, and it really doesn't have as much of a neck as you gave it, I think. o_o; |

Well, this http://hraj.cz/clanky/pictures/raichu1.jpg is one of the references I used (that's the official art), and that has an even thicker neck than I drew...the head is also pretty much the same width as the body too...I tried to make the body look wider than the head because I thought that was weird, but I guess it didn't work out as well as I thought. |
