Six hours. Photoshop. From scratch based on concept art of a Sammer Guy, and a ton of Ocelot pics.
EDIT: I fixed the belt a little bit, and added Shoulder rank badges, which I forgot the first time around. I also fixed the handle of one of the Revolvers, which was blurry for absolutely no reason... .__.;;

Thank you! It was actually really simple to make... Just edit a shape into the form you want, and use Gradient/Stroke to get the color/outline, and after you combine layers, use stroke at the end for the SPM outline.
