I am... Divo. I was once very active in a place like this one. I grew very quickly into power, but other people in charge goofed up and I was forgotten about. Perhaps my skills would get me a moderator position here?
I love chaos, especially in the form of spam.. you could say I even feed off of it. (don't worry, I would never produce it myself  ) I heard that the spam flows in the streets here, and insanity rules. I couldn't see any posts in Off-Topic until I registered, but now it is clear that my intuition was correct.
So, I will now call this place my home... or at least while it still remains. I don't mean to be all doom and gloom, but I have seen the destruction of many worlds, and I see no reason why the fate of this place will be any different.

Welcome, my friend. I too have grown into power quickly, in several places. I try to justify my authority position as best I can. Anyway, as long as you don't produce chaos yourself, I think we'll be fine. ^^
The Digipocalypse has been predicted on more than one occasion, but you've actually arrived in the middle of somewhat happier times. We're just picking up from a rather lengthy spell of depression and drama.
