My little brother is the forum liar. But he got benned, and he can't hog the computer anymore= I can come here, and I'm LEGAL. B)
And also, wouldn't you just be able IRL to ask your parents if you can go on, and not go through the hassle? Sheesh, it'd be alot less work. |

I admit that I'm 15!
The COPPA didn't say that people from other countries can go on.
I guess my little brother can go on, but whatever.
I (honest) personally think that it is a waste of time to fax/email all those papers that has a high chance of being a fraud. Who cares anyway?
I don't know, but a lot of -12 people "pretend" to be really mature and act older. As a conclusion, I'd say of "maturity" instead of age be the judge.
