Hey, Digibutter. I'm curious as to how many of you have impediments - by this I mean Social, Speech, or anything else. And yes, Stuttering does count. xD I was born with a Speech Impediment that I had to attend 7 years of Speech Therapy to correct... It's still there, however, but it's dramatically reduced. It's mainly "BR" and "L" sounds right now, although I do trip up and almost lock up vocally pretty often. Ask Hario - he gets a kick out of me pronouncing "Britain" like "Bwh-itain." >~>
Anyway, who else here has Social, Speech, or any other impediments? I wouldn't be surprised if nobody else did, however...

Ah. You didn't have to attend anything to fix it, or did it just correct itself on it's own? |

I used to have a lisp, but I went to speech therapy to fix it.
I have a bit of a stuttering problem, but as you said, that doesn't count. :P |

No one understands what I say when I have braces on except for myself -- who still doesn't know what is the difference between when I talk with or without them.
Also, I talk really fast, so I often need to repeat things. |

Gah. My voice sounds perfect to me, but to anybody else, I can barely pronounce "R"s.
You'll see on the next podcast. I say "Plastic Mahwio", and it sounds like a 4 year old with a low voice. o.o |

Curiosity: When you say something, you hear your voice in a different way everybody else does.
That's why my voice doesn't suck when I talk, yet it does when I hear myself on a record or something. |

I've got a few social impediments, biggest problem is a slight case of paranoia. The other problem is I'm kind of an a-hole, I do it jokingly about a third of the time, but people think I'm always joking, this in turn frustrates me when I'm trying to make a point and really hammer it across by being an a-hole. Which brings me to my last impediment, anger, on any given day anything and everything may tick me off. I think its genetic, along with bad teeth and talking to myself >_<
Bah thats right I also have worthless short term memory.
