For all I know, there will be no brawl demo.
And yes, Sonic has to be unlocked. I plan on doing that today. |

Please do not spoil how to unlock characters. I know every character in the game but I don´t know how to unlock them and thats because I want to find out myself. I live in Europe so it´s gonna take a while. |

Actually, that's pretty impossible knowing that you said SSE Mode didn't work and that's the only way you can unlock some characters. |

Wrong.
SPOILERS BELOW
You can unlock ALL characters by playing normal Brawls. You unlock a new character around every fiftieth match. I only have Wolf left now.

I'd say it's closer to SSB, which to me is a positive thing. I like how it's not quite as fast as melee, but it can still get frantic - I played with 4 ROB's on WarioWare, and items turned to high. That was the most confusing match I've played so far. |
