...Then why do posts there count towards the max amount of coins we can make every hour?
EDIT: Last post I made in the dump, it told me I'd exceeded the limit, but it didn't in this post. Did I still get a coin for this post?

Yep. I went over my limit in the dump. It's a handy little work-around feature. Also happened in gamer disclaimer. Sigh... *remineseces*
