Mario series:
-Takes place sometime after Super Mario Sunshine, but before Galaxy.
-Proof: Mario still had F.L.U.D.D. In addition, Delfino Plaza is still clean and sunshiny, which it wouldn't be if it took place DURING Super Mario Sunshine.

Zelda series:
-Takes place during the events of Twilight Princess.
-Proof: King Bulblin is still causing trouble. Also, Midna still warps crap around.
-ALSO takes place after Phantom Hourglass...somehow.
-Tetra's ship sanks during the Great Sea stage. Phantom Hourglass starts off on the ship, so it can't take place before it.

Metroid series:
-Takes place before the events of Metroid Prime / during the beginning.
-Proof: Parasite Queen is still alive, and the Frigate Orpheon hasn't crashed into Tallon IV yet.

Kirby series:
-Does this series even have a timeline? e_o I'll just wing it and say that it takes place before Kirby Super Star for some reason.

Star Fox series:
-Takes place before / during the events of Star Fox Assault.
-Proof: The Great Fox is still intact. It was destroyed at one point in Assault.

Pokemon series:
-Takes place before or during the events of Diamond / Pearl.
-Proof: Dialga, Palkia, and Cresselia have not been captured yet.

Mother series:
-Lucas and Ness existing in the same time period causing so many pime taradoxes that I'm not even going to try.

Fire Emblem series:
-Probably takes place after Path of Radiance and before Radiant Dawn. Why? I have no freaking clue. I just pulled two Fire Emblem titles that I knew about out of nowhere.

I can explain Mother 2 and 3

I will say during the events of Mother 3 way before the final confrontation with Porky, Lucas is barely matured, He Slowly becomes a hero in mother 3 So it must be him in the middle of his adventure in mother 3 ( after getting the rope snake though)

For Ness I will say its him Right after he defeated Gigyas, Matured Brave, And stronger attacks.

Actually the Mother series isn't beyond time travel. so lets go with that.

Ack I have a problem with the Kirby outline. Its not the first Halberd, it looks like a later design like the one pictured in squeak squad, ( which I dubbed the Halberd 2)


Dedede Seems Somewhat Civil, I can assume that that makes him the Post Crystal Shards Dedede the Old boss with the heart of gold. a tad confused on which side he is on, but a good guy in the end.

ooohhh wait i just remembered.
I think the Kirby series take place during or almost before Kirby: Meta Knight's Revenge, because in the end of the game, the Halberd sinks to the ocean.
And the Halberd does rise right in the beginning of the game.
and to O'Chunks', I think I agree with you a bit, he may have remade the halberd, but i doubt it after the events of the game. Its probably redesigned by Sakurai.
