Well, the ones that have more than one stage, anyway >_>. Sorry, Fire Emblem fans.
Mario: Luigi's Mansion
Donkey Kong: DK Arcade
Yoshi: Yoshi's Island (Brawl)
The Legend of Zelda: Great Sea...Toon Link may be a terrible addition, but his stage is nice, at least.
Kirby: Battleship Halberd...never really was much of a fan of Green Greens.
Pokemon: Spear Pillar. Dialga, Palkia, and Cresselia cameos with different stage hazards depending on which one is there, plus giant lasers appearing out of nowhere? HELL YES.
Metroid: Frigate Orpheon. I'm kinda tired of lava stages >_>
F-Zero: Big Blue. I LOVED that stage in Melee.
Mother: Onett, if only for the awesome Pollyanna music <3
Star Fox: Corneria. Lylat Cruise seems too small. |

Mario: Delfino PLaza
Donkey Kong: DK Arcade
Yoshi: Yoshi's Island (Melee) It's almost more of a Mario stage, but eh.
The Legend of Zelda: Bridge of Eldin, mainly because it's one of my favorite TP locations.
Kirby: Battleship Halberd because of its Shoop-whooping power.
Pokemon: Pokemon Stadium 2 because of the new elements.
Metroid: Frigate Orpheon; the whole flipping thing looks interesting.
F-Zero: Big Blue: Awesome boarding action.
Mother: Onett
Star Fox: Lylat Cruise for the environment. |

...*sob* I don't think you could really count Castle Siege as a FE stage, though. Sakurai says it is, but it's just a random castle and doesn't really represent the series at all. |
