Weapons: Melee, anything she can get her hands on, but usually favors a snub-nosed handgun that fires ricocheting energy bullets. However, she'd rather leave a fight than finish one. When in serious danger, she can use electricity and wind with her psionics.
Strengths: Wily, agile, and can hit from almost any angle with the ricocheting pistol
Weaknesses: Prone to ambush and especially capture

Special Abilities: Can manifest The Void (A last ditch, almost never used move), can steal (Not posses) the bodies of other people(It gains any abilities the host may have, but loses his own, while inside the body), Black lightning that eats holes in whatever it makes contact with, dark tenticals that are used to "puppeteer" the person they come in contact with. (These tendrals may also turn invisible).
Weapons: ...magic?
Strengths: ...the fact that he is made of liquid dark matter?
Weaknesses: He must live within a host nearly constantly. He can survive for a few hours outside a body. In addition, the body he is in will eventually fall apart. How soon depends on the strenght of the host.

The Chaos Heart, or anybody else, if you're going to be a villain, you might want to be realistic, and be Rocky Wrench's elite minion. If you're trying to start your own empire or something, of course, he'll be unhappy, and he probably won't have a whole lot of challenge of removing you from taking over, since he has a space weapon capable of creating a controlled supernova.
