Since francis added a relation ship thingy, I might change my dolls, (very cute ^_^) to Relationship dolls! but do you want them to stay the same? or do you want them to be relationship dolls?

The point of dolls is to show them off, and if they are a relationship item, they won't show up in the collectibles any more.

but in real life, they use Dolls for GFs and BFs and stuff

You should probably have two versions.
Once a relationship is confirmed, the item dissapears from your inventory.
