[The Chaos Heart]

*The Chaos Heart screeches a blood-curdiling scream of death. The no one present will eer forget the horrible sound. The dragons imideatly recead back into it's body. The Chaos Heart's body ripples violently. It begins to melt. When the flute finally breaks. The Chaos Heart...half melted, half solid, flaots before the group. It talks in a muffled voice. One full of agonizing pain.*

Urg...I underestimated your abilities...you are powerful...VERY.

*The Chaos Heart slowly begins to rebuild itself*

Hmph! If I had expected such a defeat...I would have prepared a long, sleep-endusing speech. No matter! My vote has been cast! I shall join you on your quest to defeat the insubordinate mole.

[Louis]

Sonic snapped into conciousness.

"Why am I running?"

Sonic said to himself. He stopped and noticed the power flowing through him. Light energy from Rain and himself, and dark energy from the Chaos Heart. He focused all of his energy together, bringing light and darkness together. He suddenly felt an enormous surge of energy flow through him. His power was visible as a blue aura around him.

"Time to finish this!"

And with that Sonic dashed toward the Chaos Heart and grabbed onto it. He thrust the Chaos Heart through the roof of the mansion and high into the sky, his eyes beginning to glow, slowing transitioning from green to red, and his hair turning a tint of gold. He concentrated a large amount of energy into his hands, forming a ball of pure blue energy. Then he shot a beam of energy up to the Chaos Heart. A direct hit. As it was falling he flew upwards behind the Chaos Heart and slammed it down to the ground. During all of this however, he had been slowing losing conciousness once again and had completely drifted into unconciousness, returning to his regular form and plumeting toward the planet right after the Chaos Heart.

[The Chaos Heart]

*The Chaos Heart, rather than slamming into the ground, merely sank into the floor. It then melted back into the room through a wall behind the group*

So then...what exactly is it we are looking for. Powerstars? The Crystal Rods? Maybe the star spirits themselves?

[Louis]

Sonic hit the floor hard, sending the wooden floorboards around him to point at least 45 degrees upward. He layed there, motionless.

[Spiny]

"Holy crap!"

He flies over to Sonic,deeply stressed at the way things have been going.

"This is all my fault.If I hadn't called,this wouldn't have happened."

[The Chaos Heart]

What is this? Ah! The Blue Blur.

*a single tendral flows from The Chaos Heart. It attaches on to Sonic. However, rather than controling him, the tentacle begins to ripple. Tiny waves flow towards Sonics body. After a minute or so, the tentacle receeds*

There...he should survive...

[Louis]

Sonic slowly awakened. He struggled to get up, but found himself nearly unable to move.

"What happened?"

[Spiny]

"You just fell about four stories into hardwood flooring.The Chaos Heart also claims to join us.Here,let me help."

Spike grabbed Sonic by the shoulders and tried to lift him up,but the flute took a toll on him as well.It the waves broke his form up to where he was forcefully transparent.

"..."

[Louis]

Sonic gestured for spiney to come closer and whispered quiet enough so that the Chaos Heart couldn't hear.

"I don't trust the Chaos Heart. When he took hold of me, I caught a glimpse of the pure evil within him. I do not believe anyone can make a change like that so quickly. Keep an eye on him, and don't trust him for a second."

With that, Sonic fainted, still breathing.

[The Chaos Heart]

*The Chaos Heart spoke to itself quietly, so no one could here*

Hmph...that was easy. I was expecting some long explanation would be needed. After all...when you plan to fey evil, and then joy a group of heros...generally no one trusts you...

...just the way I like it...this should be an interesting game...

*The Chaos Heart then spoke to everyone*

Well...I guess we should be off then.

[Tails Doll]

Just as soon as the Chaos Heart joined then left the few, a blinding flash marked the appearance of a UFO of sorts. It few around, with lights around it flashing in random patterns, until a hatch ontop the flying machine rose up into the air, floating, somehow. Two eyes below a smooth 1-carat gold plate looked at the heroes below, then, the hatch closed again...And without any type of effect or sound whatsoever, a small, strange shelled mole stood before them, and a very, very tall armored insect-like alien being stood beside him. The mole shook his head, then started to talk.

"I see you came here, heroes. Hello. I am Rocky Wrench, and this universe is in my rule. I don't like how you let the Chaos Heart join you to stop my utopia in construction. He was simply helping this dead galaxy become a resourceful land."

Everybody knew his intentions weren't good, though, too much bright sunny light could remove a boo from existance.

"Since you did come far enough though, allow me to show my progress." A robotic claw raised from a black hole, holding Mario, bound, and gagged.

"You see, not many have had the ability to actually capture Mario, but my assistant and powerful lieutenant, A-16, could capture him in less than a minute. With Mario in my possession, he's going to what was formerly the Space Junk Galaxy, now, that place is simply one large space and time defying mess. You think you can save him? I'm warning you, you're better off dead..."

With a snap of the mole's finger, everything whited out...And Rocky and his right-hand-man were gone...The Ghostly Galaxy was no more ghostly when everybody could see. Grass and trees outside were alive, and meat and bones were no more. Space was a cloudy blue sky, complete with a sun, and the whole mansion was upkept and maintained. Not a Boo could be seen. They were all dead, it seemed...

[Spiny]

"Damn it! Nothing is going right today!"
Spike's eyes shone green for a second as he shouted.

[The Chaos Heart]

*The Chaos Heart turned around, and witnessed the boo's dying. One could swear they say a drip of Dark Matter fall from it's face*

M-M-My friends...my favorite of all creations...

* The Chaos Heart became infuriated. It's skin began to glow a bright red.*

YOU! YOU KILLED THEM ALL! HOW COULD YOU DO IT! THEY WERE THE ONLY THING I TRULY CARED ABOUT!

*It's body begins to bubble. A shadow of a strange creature seemed to appear in front of the UFO. It had two wings, four tails, two arms, and spikes on it's back. It's face was egg shaped, with two curled horns, and insect like pinchers, all which were covered in rows on spines. It's eyes were crimson red, the left being slightly larger than the right*

I WILL KILL YOU!!!!!

*The massive shaodw creature swung one of its arms at the top of the UFO, sending it hurtiling down. it crashed into the four tails. The tails ripped the machine apart. Then, the stranged shadow beast shot a beam out of it's mouth, sending Rocky Wrench into deep space. The Chaos Heart's skin retured to normal. The creature disapeared*
