As a projectile, or something like PK Flash, or a close range laser beam...? |

Hmm...
Maybe it can go like the EarthBound battle screen, while the other people are stuck in the enemy spots helpless, while Ness uses PK Rockin' on them.

Oh! You meant as a Final Smash? I thought you meant as a B move...
That could work, but there need to be some disadvantage to it since most of the other do e.g. Mario's and Samus' can be avoided quite easily... |

Maybe... After that, he can't use anymore PK Powers for a while because all of his PP has run out. |

They can cover most of the stage if the user uses them correctly i.e. if they're facing the wrong direction, it could be a waste of a Smash Ball. |
