I have it!!! Use Time Break and use Slow Search to hit the pieces of the portal that start going up.

Yes, it's a skill that I think you get at level 42, but I'm not sure. If you have Fire Lock-on (get a Gold in the Timed Mission in Evil Foundry), it's easier because you can use a homing attack on the Fire Soul. |
