Another false statement by Sakurai. He may have just gave them something simpler, which is why they are luigified clones.
But still they are luigified, so that is unique, because those "new" moves are something that those characters can only do. Example is Falco's new A A A combo. |

And Wolf's Blaster and Reflector works differently! His Blaster fires off large energy bullets (like Normal MegaBuster shots), and his reflector is only good when attacked from the sides, never below or above. THERE'S the flaw in Wolf's fighting style! |
