Uh... I think he needs his account 'verified'. (I should remember, it's only been a week >_<)
A mod need to use the newb-to-nerr item on him before he can post in forums other than 'New Users Come Here'.
...Unless I'm missing something obvious here? |

By verified I meant he would have got a PM (not an email) after he had posted in the new forum from a mod saying: "(mod) has used the item 'newb-2-nerr' on you! You can now post in the forums!" or something along those lines.
By 'locked' do you mean that he can't view them or he can't post in them. If he can't view them, then iDunno. |
