The new competitor is the HD Versatile Multilayer Disc (VMD) . It has been discussed for about a year and UK, has finally championed it with their technology company New Medium Enterprises . NME is planning to release 5,000 VMDS.

Looks like it's Deja Vu time! Good thing there's a Multi-Format Disc Player, which supports DVD, HD-DVD, AND Blu-Ray Discs! It's done by LG. |
