Here we are at the brand-new start of the brand-new Glitz Pit... this is our second battle in the first round! In this battle, we have a familiar face, The Great Gonzales Jr....
*gestures toward Glitz Yoshi*
versus the great Legion of the Sporf--I mean the not-so-shy guys, FreezerBurn!
*gestures toward Dead Guy, Glutton Guy, and Heavy Weapons Guy*
So, I hope you're all ready to...

"Hmm...It's too bad I can't kill you in this arena...maybe after we're done wiping the floor with you I'll off some innocent bystanders..." He chuckled insanely, spinning like a gyroscope at odd angles in the air.
"Uh...hey, Dead?" he scratched the side of his mask.
"Yeah? What is it?" he slowly stopped, facing Heavy.
"Glutton's not here."
"WHAT!? WELL, WHERE IS HE!?"
"I don't-" He stopped, spying their teammate emerge through the lower audience doors with an armful of Hoggle's Hot Dogs, and several drinks from Podler's Fresh Juice Shop.
He started to push through the audience towards the stage, somehow shoving all the Hot Dogs in his mouth at once. He chewed twice, and swallowed them all. He downed all the juice in the same fashion, leaving cups strewn in his wake. He reached the stage and took his position, pulling his knife and fork from his belt, then, after several moments, noticed Dead Guy staring at him.
"What? ...I was hungry." He shrugged and turned back to the yoshi.
Dead sighed, and he, too, faced their opponent.
"Let's get this over with." He suddenly disappeared, turning invisible. He started to charge up a spell.
On cue, Glutton ran towards Glitz Yoshi, brandishing his silverware.
HWG seemingly did nothing except fiddle with his cannon. A slight clicking could be heard coming from it as he took aim at the little dinosaur.

The first egg whizzed by Dead, catching him a little off guard.
Glutton charged forward into a face full of egg. He stopped in front of Glitz, whining. He waved his fork wildly, completely missing, while trying to scrape the splattered egg out of his eyes. He fell over backwards, and inadvertently rolled back towards HW.
Dead Guy finished charging, and shot a jet of freezing, humid wind at Glitz. It would have a 75% chance of freezing him solid.
...The last egg had landed snugly in the muzzle of HWG's Bill Blaster. "That...gives me an idea..." He built up air pressure in the cannon, launching the egg straight back at the little yoshi. |

The egg was hurdling at glitz, and he charged at the attack to reduce it's momentum when it hit him, but he was still hit.
"And here's the followup." He said, and
(OH GOD, I WANNA BE DIDDY NOW. I could do the most hillarious thing. XD)
threw an egg at the light on top, sending it hurdling at 1)HW guy 2) Glutton guy 3)Dead guy. 4)Noone. [roll=4]

A backup judge has reviewed the score, and we're ready to announce the winner of this battle!
The winner is... FreezerBurn! This team now moves on to the second round!
It was truly a very close battle, and it had to be looked over twice to determine the winner. With merely a 1-point difference, FreezerBurn moves on. A lot of creativity was shown here, with clever egg attacks and dice-rolling on both sides. But Great Gonzales Jr. seemed to just be outnumbered. He fought extremely well considering that, however... and he gets a consolation prize of one free hot dog from Mr. Hoggle's Hot Dog Stand! |
