You can't choose who you start with in the Subspace Emissary.

I'm doing the midnight Gamestop tourney, so I'm doing Tourney Mode first, but when I come home, I'll Brawl with Cyber a little bit and maybe start SSE. |

I have some possibilities. Possibly start-up brawl with bro as usual, possibly make a stage and start-up brawl in it, maybe start SSE in co-op with bro, wtc. I just KNOW my bro won't let me start it up by myself D:
EDIT: One of the possbilities could be bork'd by the fact the feature is to be unlocked, so I strike out'd it.

I'll do some Brawls on Multiplayer, then some 1P modes like Classic and Multi-Man, then Brawl some more, and I'll eventually go to Subspace Emissary on Normal or Hard. I'd probably unlock Marth, Ness, and Luigi pretty quickly on VS. |
