They are in the SSE actually. Every character is playable in the SSE. |

Wow.... I'm starting to have thoughts that the game won't entertain for long, but that's obviously not true, seeing it has wi-fi, and stage builder. But wi-fi may end up like it does with strikers, and MKDS, where you just get clobbered by cheaters, and you have to be extremely good to actually last a fight. |

Just because you can unlock everything doesn't means Brawl doesn't have replay value. You'll still probably be trying to beat your high scores in Targets, Home-Run Contests, Multi-Man Brawl, etc. And you can still just have fun on the "Brawl" mode, I've done about 4000 matches in Melee and I still enjoy playing it. |

What Ultimario said. Additionally, Melee offered challenges for ever, so why would Brawl not do it.
I'm still not done beating that bleedin' Very Hard All-Star mode D:< |

Yeah, if I were still in Canada with the Wii or here with the Wii or here with the GameCube I'd be playing Melee nonstop in team 3-on-1, me being the 1 with a handicap of 1 and the level 9 computers on handicap 9, with me being pichu and them being Game & Watch, whose numbered hammer attacks can be deadly at first strike in Super Sudden Death |

Everything is deadly first hit on Super Sudden Death. Also, if you want Wolf or Toon Link you have to return to a certain area to unlock them after beating the game. |

I've been wondering why anyone would try to unlock characters without playing SSE.... It seems kind of strange that you can either do dozens upon dozens of brawls and challenges, or just play story mode for a few hours to unlock all the characters. |

There will always be 5-year olds out there ignoring the game's features... They must do things the hard way. >_> |

Agreed. I'll probably unlock a few characters like Ness, Marth, and Luigi first, then go to Subspace when I have lotsa stickers. |

Same to me when I play SSB, I never got tired in months, and think about how short that game was. |
