I am quite glad that the "Advanced Techniques" *cough*abusedglitches*cough* are gone. Im sad that Captain Falcon is no longer the fastest character. DAMN YOU SOOOONIII- *shot* Anyways, I am quite glad that Suckurai decided to put Snake in, as Metal Gear is a badass series, and he just plain pwns as a character. |

Cartwheel is the dash right...well its just like an ordinary dash, good damage but not much of a killer...
If you charge the rocketbarrel boost to its full, I THINK it should knock your foes back really far when the explosion hits...but I really haven't seen anyone using this move on the ground. Oh and Diddy's bananas are actually useful, it can be edgeguard tool I believe...but only 2 bananas at a time sadly ;;
Still Diddy's best moves are his fair and bair and possibly his fsmash. :D
And I am glad wavedashing is gone :D |

Well, thank you so much for this invaluable information!
And I agree, Wavedashing was...well, pathetic and a waste of time.
The only reason I thought the Cartwheel could be different was because it was Diddy's primary attack in the Donkey Kong Country series. I suppose you could call it the equivilant to my expectations for Link's Spin Attack, but I digress...
Moving to other characters, Mr Game & Watch actually seems...well, competitively playable now. |

Depends on the character I am, really. Game & Watch is sort of a gamble, as most of his moves can be countered with powerful enough attacks or are simple to dodge...but just don't get him started...or an opportunity to use Judgement. |

How about that Spear Pillar? That will make playing pretty hard when it flips UPSIDE EFFING DOWN no matter who you play as. WHAT WILL YOU DO, WHO DO YOU THINK WILL COPE WITH IT THE BEST, AND WHAT QUOTE ARE YOU GOING TO USE WHEN IT HAPPENS? |

Snake, for one. Mewtwo could've if he were in. Meta Knight probably could, and so could Lucario if he focused his aura. Diddy Kong is a maybe as well... |

any thoughts on toon link?
he seems okay, even though i kinda miss young link. i think part of the reason he was added is because their wasn't a Twilight Princess version of young link so they found it convenient just to put in toon link. as far as the final smash goes, i was kinda hoping for something involving use of the windwaker (playing the ballad of gales and tornadoes engulfing the stage, or something to that effect) |

Toon Link is Link for people who actually want to be good at the game at the cost of being "gay" (the adjective is a lie). Toon Link is an overall MUCH better character than Link. |
