*Drum roll*
Ragnarok Online!
For, The NINTENDO DS!

Screenshots:
From this picture we can see it will look exactly like the pc version only with a smaller screen.
Amazing part is its WI-FI!!

and finally..

Ragnarok Online DS Announced!
What, with Maple Story, the DS is proving to be the handheld for Korean RPGs. And now? Ragnarok Online will be hitting the Japanese DSes sometime in 2008. At an Akihabara press conference with Ragnarok publisher Gungho Online, the game was announced as well two other DS titles: fish game Sakana to Asobou! and a flower arranging game. The DS Ragnarok will be an action RPG in real-time that will use Nintendo WiFi. Traditionally pc focused, Gungho Online has been refocusing its strategy and is developing games for the DS as well as the PSP. These are baby steps towards console gaming, but this is a company to watch.

"It is currently unknown if the massively multiplayer feature will be kept in the DS version of the game, but it will be able to live chat with other players."

Who needs a free downloadable game when you can pay $30 to play it on a smaller screen?

And it's WI-FI? Maybe THAT's the reason it's called Ragnarok "Online"!

Even though I have no interest in the game, I'm kinda excited to hear this. It could give birth to a few more DS MMOs.

come on man, don't be an ass.

You have a very good point, but still. That was just rude.

What if people HAVE spare money, love the game, and want to play it when they are going on trips? or at a WI-FI cafe/bus/hotel/anything else that has wifi.

Unless you are in a family which moves around alot, M'aiq highly doubts you will be spending much time playing it at hotels and McDonalds.

Heck, if your family moved around alot, you wouldn't even know the game existed.

It is, but there are about a million free private servers.
