The zombie continued to crawl toward the castle. It's lower half had been severed from the rest of the body, but it otherwise functioned normaly.
"It's still alive..."
A koopa walked by to examine and was immediately bitten and zombified.
"Stay away from it! Everybody in the castle!"
Sonic walked over to Mario.
"We've got to fortify the castle and lock-up any entrances."
He turned to the crowed.
"Any experienced fighters that are willing to scout for zombies and warn people to lock their houses, come forward!"
But little did they know, things were a lot worse than they seemed... |
