Get rid of OT and replace it with Light Discussion.
OR
Add rule to OT. ( I know the mods are working on them because Plastic told me. But Francis hasn't been on to approve them.
This spam is getting annoying as hell Off Topic is the Dump Jr. |

OT is not The Dump. The mods should do something about fully purposeless topics, including these "goodbye" and "bored, D:" ones. |

Add rules to OT gets my support. Replacing it with Light Discussion/Casual Discussion/whatever isn't going to help though. Name changing forums doesn't do anything. Making it clear that spam isn't allowed does. The only reason changing The Dump to Off-Topic worked as well as it did is because Francis made it clear that it is not a spam forum. |

Weirdly enough, so matter how clear he made it, some people don't get it still.
Even for those who didn't get the chance to really see it should know by logic. It isn't The Dump, so, it isn't for all the junk. |

No...idea is fail. Off topic isn't General disscussion Jr but I have to agree with you it isn't the Dump Jr either. To be dead honest it's both, not to much spam and some seriousness. When one side however, corrupts the whole picture it seems to piss the other side off. So my recomendation for all this pointless nonsense is to hopefully get all the spammers/flooders/whatever to lower down on there spam/flooding/whatever so all the serioustards can type there serious biz yet everyone else can still be happy too. We don't need any bullshit new rules, we just need a little cooperation thats all. |

@Darkzero: And we should just let spammers make whatever topics they feel like and push all the decent topics to the bottom with flooding? Hell no. Spam isn't allowed on Digibutter. It's a problem that needs to be stopped. Also, it's ironic that you're taking this way too seriously, using caps lock, and swearing and telling us we're taking it too seriously. |

We still need a place to put random shit, Where else are we gonna put it? General discussion? If we take OT away, either Half the site will leave in Anger, Or We will all put the random shit in generl discussion, Which will only cause the same shit to happen. |
