For me, its Snake. His down smash is awkward because it doesnt directly attack and is confused with the down b.

Yeah, Snake ended up being more difficult to use than I thought. It's not that he's bad; it's just like, similar to the actual character, you need to put more thought and strategy into your attacks. |

I thought Snake was good. He matched my style of play pretty well, at least.
Wario was a bit of a downer, since his Down-B really was kind of useless in a good Brawl. |

Pit. He's a lot stronger than I expected. He's also surprisingly easy to use. Also, same with Meta Knight and the improved Link. |

I read the title wrong. D:
Okay, here goes with the right shot.
Lucario and King Dedede were a lot worse than expected. I expected Lucario to be able to move a bit faster... Well, in all, he's basically a souped-up Mewtwo. And Dedede... Is just too slow with EVERYTHING. Including attacking. I expected slow moving and low jumping, but his A attacks seem to go too slow. I guess he isn't as good as I thought he'd be. |

Hm...I actually do pretty damn well with Dedede. Haven't unlocked Lucario yet, though, so I can't speak for him. |

I've never been good with characters that are TOO slow, because one of my friends, my main competition, spams Sheik's moving A button attacks WAY too much. need speed AND power, like with Pit or Pika to counter that.
Dedede is pretty strong, but he's way too slow for the strategy I'm looking for. |

Mario... F.L.U.D.D. screws me up. Something I'm going to have to learn to live with though.
I'm actually disappointed how easy it is to use Lucario. He is going to be overused =/ Moreso than he already has been predicted to. ( I was expecting him a lot heavier ) |

Ike disappointed me. His standard attacks are too slow, and he has virtually no long range. And his recovery sucks. Which is why I'm maining Lucas now. |

Aside from the clones, I don't think there is a bad character in the bunch. Some of them just don't agree with my style of play. |

I'm surprised at how many people are using Lucas. I can't use him as naturally as I can Ness. (I mained him in Melee)
Anyway, I agree that the roster is great. I can hold my own with pretty much any character. And having a game balance that fine is not something you come by often. |
