I have to say, I'm a fan of Shadow Moses Island. There's just something so awesome
That, and infinite combo against the walls with Sheik is fun =P |

I have several.
Warioware is just plain awesome. It's a blast with 4 people, all trying to complete the minigames while destroying everyone else.
Eldin bridge is the funnest thing ever with Dedede and Wario in Giant mode on 0.5 damage with unlimited lives. Hamma-ing King Bublin is fun, along with hitting him with fully charged wario waft. He looks like the stench killed him.
Onett is even better than it used to be somehow. Playing giant brawl with 0.5 damage is awesome with Ness and wario. Me and my brother set up a "storyline" where I, as Ness, live in the house with the red roof and Wario is trying to eat my mother.
I always set up a bumper on the door and say "Mom, I got the new doorknob you wanted!" Then, I proceed to slam myself against it several times and say "GAH, it's defective." Then Wario does the same, and after lots of annoyance, eats it. Then I say "Mom, some crazy old weirdo just ate our doorknob!" Then, I keep beating him with Ness' bat, which in the giant 0.5 mode, has next to no knockback until the 850% range.

I like making my own stages...
Also WarioWare was genius. That stage is great if you have 4 people locally. |

My favorite stage so far is the stage I made myself. It heavily supports my way of using Lucas. As for regular stages, I like Final Destination. No tricks or traps, just a flat stage.
Ironically enough, I haven't played on it at all... Yet. |
