It's scary. As soon as I unlocked Lucario, my brother's been maining him, and actually stands a chance against me and my friends. In Melee, he mained Kirby and totally failed. Well, he wasn't BAD, but he wasn't GOOD either.

But now, with that blasted Pokemon... Phew... He's not bad.

Of course, I can still own him with Pit.

It's weird how he randomly became good practically overnight. Anyone else experience this type of phenomenon?

Maybe his play style just wasn't suited for Kirby. I'm good with Lucario because I use midair A-attacks almost exclusively, but as Kirby, I fail miserably.

But now you got me scared. My bro has always sucked blocks with his main at Melee, which I am good with, Captain Falcon. I wonder if a newcomer will make him good overnight?

Lucario is perfect for my fighting style. I tend to take tons of damage and am good at recovering, so I can unleash superpowered Aura attacks like mad. I stayed at over 200% damage for three kills each on my brother and his friend on a team against me.

I also got better at SSB. I was playing on WiFi with Pokemon Trainer and, imo, owned against Wolf, Samus, and Link. I'm good with squirtle, ok with char, but very bad with ivy. The funny thing is, I use to main Kirby too xD

I used to main Kirby and I wasn't that good, but I'm doing a lot better with Dedede. I've always wanted to play a heavy weight, and none of the originals fit my playing style. Also I've liked Dedede as a character since the first Kirby game I ever played, and him being in Brawl is like a dream come true for me.

My nephew, who isn't really good at video games in general, is actually kinda good at Melee. He sometimes gets a few KOs before he dies. He recently got really into Sonic, so I told him I'd net him know when I get Sonic unlocked in Brawl.
