Okay, you know how when you're idling? Well, while most people just do a jig, sleep, or fiddle around with their weapons, Snake sets himself up the bomb.

He keeps pulling out bombs and tossing them around, always hurting himself.

I'm just watching this, bewildered. He's killed himself at least three times so far...
